EXCLUSIVE: WME‘s signing spree continues, as they’ve now inked Hero Fiennes Tiffin, who will be repped at the agency by Elan Ruspoli.
Fiennes Tiffin is a British actor who can currently be seen playing the title role in Guy Ritchie’s Prime Video series Young Sherlock, which premiered at #1 following its March 4 release. The Sherlock Holmes origin story has proven a global success, topping charts in 95 countries and reaching 45 million viewers, making it one of Prime Video’s Top 10 Originals of all time. Notably, the show also broke ground with the platform’s most-watched trailer debut and has been renewed for a second season, with Ritchie returning to direct the first episode.
Fiennes Tiffin came to Young Sherlock after being tapped for a role alongside Henry Cavill, Alan Ritchson, and Eiza González in Ritchie’s Lionsgate film The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare. Recently, he’s also been seen starring opposite Simone Ashley in the rom-com Picture This, which marked another #1 debut for Prime Video.
Up next, Fiennes Tiffin will be seen starring opposite Idris Elba and Caitlin Fitzgerald in Lionsgate’s survival thriller Above the Below. Directed by Elba, the film follows a tight-knit trio of astronauts who survive a chaotic and destructive re-entry to Earth, only for their capsule to begin sinking into the unknown depths of the ocean, kicking off a battle for survival.
Fiennes Tiffin is also known for starring in the After films, based on the YA franchise from New York Times bestselling author Anna Todd. Other past film credits include Gina Prince-Bythewood’s The Woman King, Prime Video’s First Love, The Silencing with Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, and a Baz Luhrmann short for ERDEM x H&M.
Fiennes Tiffin started his acting career playing the younger version of Lord Voldemort — the Harry Potter villain portrayed by his uncle, Ralph Fiennes — in Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. He continues to be represented by The Artists Partnership, Jared Greenwald at Shemarya Artists, The Initiative Group, and Johnson Shapiro Slewett & Kole.
Other recent buzzy signs for WME include SNL’s Jane Wickline, actress Sophia Lillis, and filmmaker JT Mollner, to name a few.
