Tom Sandoval has been granted a restraining order against girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson, who was arrested after an alleged attack on him earlier this month.
The Vanderpump Rules star, 44, claimed in a legal filing in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday that Robinson, 33, and her father Will Robinson (who he was also granted a restraining order against) were abusive to him in a June 3 exchange that left him with multiple injuries he documented in the filing.
The St. Louis, Missouri native alleged in court filings reviewed by the Daily Mail that he and Robinson were in a ‘verbal disagreement,’ at which point he realized she was filming him.
Sandoval further alleged that as tensions escalated, Robinson physically attacked him, hitting him in the head and face repeatedly, and leading to blurred vision with ear and neck injuries.
He included a series of images in the filing showing the physical damage he alleges to have suffered at the hands of Robinson.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for both parties for further comment on the story.

Sandoval claimed in the filing that Robinson and her father had been living in his home at the time, and alleged her father got aggressive with him, at which point he locked himself into a room.
‘During this same incident, [Will Robinson] grabbed me and punched an approximately 12-inch hole in the door of my spare bedroom where I was barricading myself,’ Sandoval said in the court filing.
Sandoval continued, ‘Victoria then entered the spare bedroom and hit my face and temple area towards my hairline, which I captured on video.
‘The impact of the blow was so forceful that it caused my vision to blur.’
He said that he dealt with pain in his mouth for weeks after the attack, leading to a visit to the emergency room.
Sandoval said that while doctors ‘ruled out a fracture,’ he remained unable to fully open his mouth or eat properly, leading to further medical evaluation.
He told the court that at that point he had contacted police, at which time Robinson was arrested, and released on bond later in the day.
Sandoval claimed that Robinson had previously ‘perpetrated domestic abuse against’ him by hitting him in the face and neck, ‘throwing a full Gatorade bottle at’ him, changing his social media passwords and tracking him with Airtags.

Sandoval said that he regrets helping bail Robinson out of jail after accepting a call from her and sending money to her mother.
He alleged to the court that Robinson and her father had ‘completely displaced’ him from his rental residence, which he is still paying for.
‘I am gravely concerned for my safety and well-being and I need to regain access and control over my home, vehicle and belongings,’ Sandoval said in his court filing.
Sandoval claimed that he has been residing with a friend and at multiple hotels in the weeks since the attack.
He had been ‘requesting an immediate move-out order because [he] genuinely [feared] returning’ to the home if Robinson and her father were present.
He added that he had ‘no alternate long-term accommodations’ in the meantime.

A source told US Weekly that the couple has ‘broken up’ amid the chaotic series of events.
‘Tom has endured this abuse for many months,’ the source told the publication. ‘For the most part, Tom has been supporting Victoria and her dad as Tom has been paying the rent and utilities.
‘Victoria’s dad has been living in the house for free. He put up with far too much for too long.’
Sandoval has been romantically linked to Robinson for the past two years, since his infamous split with Ariana Madix amid a cheating scandal involving Raquel Leviss.
