The Real Housewives of Melbourne is set to make a return to screens after months of speculation.
Binge confirmed the long-awaited news on Thursday, alongside a major cast announcement.
Fan favourite and series OG Gina Liano will be leading the new cast and she’s excited to reclaim her throne as the queen of Aussie reality TV.
‘It’s been a while between drinks, but some things are worth waiting for,’ she said in the official statement.
‘I’ve missed the glamour, the fabulous women and, of course, the drama.’
The 59-year-old forthright diva went on to hint she’ll be joined by some old friends – maybe even some old foes.

‘I’m looking forward to seeing some familiar faces, meeting some new ones and getting back to what we do best – having a good time, looking fabulous and causing a little trouble along the way,’ she continued.
Daniel Monaghan, Foxtel Group Executive Director, Entertainment Content, also shared his excitement.
‘The speculation can finally end – we’re delivering what fans have been asking for, with Gina Liano returning to The Real Housewives of Melbourne,’ he said.
‘And while Gina’s return is just the beginning, we’ve got plenty more fabulous new and returning faces still to reveal.
‘The Housewives are back, Melbourne, and we can’t wait to see what unfolds.’
The Real Housewives of Melbourne debuted in 2014 and quickly became one of Australia’s most iconic reality series.
The one-hour unscripted format follows the glamorous, ambitious and often chaotic lives of a group of women navigating Melbourne’s high society.
Season six will begin filming in 2027 and further cast announcements will be revealed in the coming months.

Rumours swirled earlier this year that a RHOM reboot was happening.
‘It’s a full reset,’ revealed one insider. ‘They know changes need to be made.’
Gina is set to star alongside ‘a fresh new group of Melbourne socialites and untapped friendship groups’, according to a source.
It’s been a rocky road for The Real Housewives of Melbourne.
The show first premiered in 2014 and starred Jackie Gillies, Chyka Keebaugh, Andrea Moss, Janet Roach, Lydia Schiavello and Gina.
It ran for five successful seasons, before production was paused.
