A man who made a name for himself playing the bad guy was spotted enjoying some quality time with his husband of 10 years.
Actor John Glover played the villainous Lionel Luther on the Superman series Smallville, Sylar’s father on Heroes, Floronic Man on Batman & Robin, and the voice of the Riddler on the Batman animated series, and Daniel Clamp in Gremlins 2.
But when Glover, 82, isn’t playing villains, this star prides himself on being a husband to his long-term partner, Adam Kurtzman.
The couple have been married since 2016 but were going strong long before that, with their love story dating back to 1993.
Now together for 33 years, the spark clearly hasn’t faded.
A smiling Glover and Kurtzman put on a tender display as they enjoyed a recent walk in Los Angeles – his locks as lustrous as ever.

The couple were also seen heading to dinner at the restaurant Little Beast, an Eagle Rock restaurant specializing in new American cuisine.
Glover and Kurtzman held hands as they walked down a street together and eventually made their way inside Little Beast.
Glover, clad in a blue button down and jeans, followed his partner inside the rustic eatery.
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Glover for comment.
The outing marked a well-deserved break from work for Glover, who has been acting since the 1970’s.
From the stages of Broadway to the big screen, Glover has made an impact all throughout the world of showbiz.
And critics have noticed as well – he has been nominated for multiple Emmy Awards for his work on TV and also received a Tony nod for Waiting for Godot.
Yet fans may best know Glover as LuthorCorp founder Lionel Luthor in Smallville, a role he inhabited for 16 years.
‘I got typed early on as a villain. Lionel Luthor is not exactly a comedian. He thinks of himself as one, but people aren’t laughing a lot,’ he told Playbill in 2009.

‘Villains are some of the best roles. I think it’s because they move the action of the plot along. They’re either neurotic or psychotic — and that’s always fun to play.’
Glover also played Daniel Clamp in the 1990 film, Gremlins 2: The New Batch, a role he described as Donald Trump meets Ted Turner.
‘I play the world’s biggest developer,’ he told the LA Times. ‘He’s Donald Trump and Ted Turner. The nice little creature, Gizmo, is back in the old Chinaman’s shop. I buy the shop for the Clamp Chinatown Center and put Gizmo in my Clamp Tower.
‘There’s a faulty water fountain there in which Gizmo gets water splashed on him and the gremlins take over New York.’
Outside of acting, Glover is also a voracious knitter.

The spark is still clearly going strong for the long-term lovebirds
The actor has been knitting on-off since the 1960s, when a wardrobe director taught him how to stitch.
Now the craft serves as a form of stress relief for him.
‘Once I started this knitting, this making, this creating, I stopped being so angry,’ he told The New York Times in 2009. ‘It was kind of a meditation. That’s why I only do scarves: it keeps it very simple. I can keep my mind fresh, and stay where I am mentally.’
Glover, who describes himself simply as ‘actor and husband’ on Instagram, also recently celebrated a major milestone with his husband.
The couple celebrated 33 years together last month, an anniversary Glover marked on his Instagram.
