Pam Grier wasn’t afraid to get graphic when she discussed how her sex life is going in her 70s in a new interview.
Grier shocked Julia Louis-Dreyfus when she revealed that, at age 76, she now has orgasms that feel like they last ‘for three days’ on the latest episode of the Veep star’s podcast Wiser Than Me, which dropped on Wednesday.
The Jackie Brown star – who previously gushed about her chemistry with former screen partner Snoop Dogg – brought up her sexual pleasure seemingly unprompted after Louis-Dreyfus, 65, innocently asked, ‘Do you feel young?’
‘Yes, I do, because when you’re young, you can have three, four, five orgasms in an hour,’ Grier replied.
‘But when you get my age, you have one orgasm, it’ll last three days.’
Louis-Dreyfus, who was clearly surprised, sputtered, ‘What are you talking about? Like, what are you doing down there to get a three-day orgasm? I need details.’

Grier laughed and teased, ‘You don’t have to do anything, but when it happens, I just wanna tell you, you just be prepared.
‘It’s gonna be three whole days,’ she added, before musing that she wished she could have experienced that kind of pleasure years earlier.
‘If I could have had that when I was younger, I would have had a better life and better boyfriends, OK,’ Grier continued.
Grier alluded to a group of famous exes, including the NBA legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, the comedians Richard Pryor and Freddie Prinze and Soul Train host Don Cornelius, among others.
However, she doesn’t appear to have ever tied the knot with any of her suitors.
Grier apparently felt so youthful that she claimed she wasn’t sure if she would be turning 77 on her birthday on May 26.
‘I don’t know, nor do I care,’ she said of her actual age, adding defiantly, ‘If I wake up breathing, I’m gonna have a good day.’
In August 2025, Grier opened up about her love life during an appearance on the Allison Interviews podcast, in which she admitted to having started dating a man three years earlier who ‘came back from another part of the world to find’ her.

‘I can’t believe it happened now, when I’ve got things to do. Don’t mess up my plans,’ she said with a laugh.
‘I said, “Oh my goodness, this is what people talk about, and I know exactly what they’re talking about now.”‘
Grier added that she would be happy if she could ‘just get an hour with this person, a day…’
‘I’m lucky to have it, because some of my friends never, ever had it. But they married, they had children, because society said so,’ she added.
But even after finding a new love, Grier said she was still ‘horny as f***.’
