Olympic swimmer Tom Dean has reunited with his ex-girlfriend, two years on from their split.
The couple were hit by the infamous Strictly curse as they ended their relationship just two weeks into Tom’s short stint with professional dancer Nadiya Bychkova, 36, on the show.
But Tom, 26, revealed he was back with his ex-girlfriend Charlotte Phillips as he shared a loved-up snap on his Instagram stories on Friday to mark her birthday.
Cosying up to the communications executive in a mirror selfie, Tom wrote: ‘Happy birthday, Lots’.
Tom also shared a photo of them dressed up in a garden as part of a carousel of images captioned: ‘Racing season! (and a few things in-between).’
The Daily Mail exclusively revealed Tom and Lottie had split back in 2024.

Sources close to Tom told MailOnline the relationship had been on the rocks for some time due to the pair ‘drifting apart’ and insisted Nadiya who had split from fellow pro Kai Widdrington, 30, months earlier, was not a factor.
An insider revealed at the time: ‘Like in so many breakups, Tom and Lottie’s year-long relationship had naturally run its course and it has nothing to do with Strictly, it just happened to be in the first two weeks that they decided to part ways.’
Meanwhile, Nadiya is reportedly in advanced talks to star on the upcoming I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here after being axed from Strictly Come Dancing.
The Ukrainian professional dancer is said to have ‘impressed’ ITV bosses and is at the top of their wish list for the jungle this year.
A TV insider told The Sun: ‘Nadiya has always been on the radar but has been unable to take part because of her commitment to Strictly. Now she’s a free agent, the offers have been coming in thick and fast.
‘She’s had a number of chats about doing the jungle. Bosses are so impressed with her it’s even been suggested she turns down other shows.’
After nine years on the show, partnering with celebrities including Dan Walker and Davood Ghadami, Nadiya shared the news of her exit on Instagram in March as she voiced her gratitude for everyone who had supported her.
