New area to watch designated in northeastern Atlantic

The National Hurricane Center designated a new area to watch off the coast of Portugal in the Northeastern Atlantic on Thursday. This system has low odds of development over the next week, and is expected to bring rain to Portugal and Spain by Monday.

The National Hurricane Center designated a brand-new area to watch in the northeastern Atlantic, which is expected to bring rain to Portugal and Spain heading into next week.

The FOX Forecast Center said impacts beyond rain are unlikely with the system.
