POLICE are on the hunt for a woman after a man was bitten by a “dangerously out of control” dog.

An Essex Police spokesperson said: “Do you recognise this woman?
“We need to speak to her in connection with an ongoing investigation into an incident involving a dog allegedly dangerously out of control, causing injury. It involved a man suffering a bite to his leg.

“We believe the woman pictured can help us with our enquiries. If you recognise her, or have any information which could assist us, please get in touch.”

The incident happened on Monday, February 9, when man was bitten by an “allegedly dangerously out of control” dog in Hatfield Peverel, Essex.

You can get in touch with Essex Police by submitting a report on their website or by using their online Live Chat service, which is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Alternatively, you can call on 101.
