She shot to fame in 2003 after joining the massive pop group and dance ensemble Pussycat Dolls.
Fast forward to today, and Kimberly Wyatt looks just as youthful as she did when she joined the girl group at 21.
And she’s not afraid to show that off, with the singer, 44, no stranger to showcasing her toned figure in a series of glamorous shots on social media.
But how has she managed to pull this off?
Despite a packed agenda, which includes being a DJ on Hits Radio, a founder of a dance academy, and a doting mother to three children, Kimberly still manages to carve out time for her wellbeing.
Here are the diet and fitness secrets Kimberly has revealed to the Daily Mail that she takes to look her best as she reunites with the Pussycat Dolls for their upcoming reunion tour.

The singer, 44, shot to fame in the Pussycat Dolls in 2003 and is currently preparing for a reunion tour with Ashley Roberts and Nicole Scherzinger
When it comes to diet, the star revealed that she is a lot more aware and cautious of what she puts into her body.
She told us: ‘I’ve had to really be strict on myself with what I eat as I’ve gotten older, especially, I think.
‘Getting in the good foods. What you put in your mouth the first moment when you wake up is so important. Drinking lots of water. I would like to say I’ve got a green thumb.’
When it comes to breakfast, Kimberly likes to keep it simple with yogurt, granola, honey and blueberries.
‘I’ve been eating a lot of watermelon for snacks and stuff, good for all the kids,’ she added.
As for lunch, her go-to meal at the moment is a caprese salad, which is a simple Italian dish that usually takes just five minutes to assemble.
She explained: ‘I’ve been making a caprese almost every day with prosciutto and avocado, tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, almond shavings, lots of balsamic vinegar and oil.
‘Like it’s it’s my favourite go-to.’

For dinner, the hitmaker tends to be a bit relaxed with her diet as it’s centred more around her kids.
Kimberly shares two daughters and a son with her husband and model Max Rodgers, 44.
The star said: ‘It’s always varied. So, anything from spaghetti to fish fingers to chicken and chips or anything along that route.
‘But it’s summer, so barbecue is always a big one. I come from the barbecue capital, so I love a nice barbecue meal as well.’
She also revealed that she is growing her own food in her garden, as she likes to know where it comes from.
The mum-of-three said: ‘Eating seasonally, I think, is the ultimate health benefit.
‘I’ve got a chilli plant, I’m working on my zucchini, and I’ve got a big old pumpkin patch at the minute.
‘So, every year it is kind of hit and miss, but yeah, I’m working towards it.’
Her biggest non-negotiable when it comes to food is not eating anything past 7 pm.
When it comes to her workout regime, Kimberly is extremely active, especially as she is currently preparing to go on tour for the Pussycat Dolls reunion.
She revealed: ‘I’m in rehearsals at the minute, getting ready for Pussycat Dolls Tour, so that’s 8 to 10 hours of dancing every day.
‘But normally, I love HIT training. I love to sweat. I like to do a bit of lifting. It keeps my muscles and everything supple and ready. I love to ride my bike around the canals.
‘I like playing football with the kids in the in the garden. Pretty much anything that keeps me moving.
‘But I would say that dance, you know, I run a dance academy as well, and I would say that dance is probably my ultimate go-to. Jazz, Street, Ballet, I do love all of it.’
Her dance school, named Kimberly Wyatt Dance Academy, is located in Surrey and hosts intensive training camps, masterclasses and community events at the Addlestone Community Centre.
‘I’ve got 300 students at the dance academy, and we offer all styles from street to ballet and everything in between, so I’m consistently immersed in it,’ she said.
In 2024, Kimberly underwent a hip replacement, which she kept a secret for over two years until June this year.
Sharing an update on her recovery, she said: ‘I’m so glad that I got it done.

‘I feel like I’ve met this new little crowd of people that have had hip replacements, and we finally have somebody to talk to about it.
‘I was really, really happy to have Andy Murray, who’d had a hip replacement and went back to tennis and was still winning.
‘So yeah, your mobility definitely changes. You know, you’ve got something foreign in your body, but I’ve got my lease of life back. I can sleep at night. I can walk normally.
‘But yeah, it’s crazy what happens to your body as you get older, but we just embrace it,’ she added.
The star revealed she kept it a secret due to her fears about how it could affect her mobility.
Kimberly said: ‘I was so scared about what that meant, how it was going to feel, how you recover.
‘Of course, going back to what the Pussycat Dolls ask, the law of my body.
‘But I think there also has to be an element of just embracing everything that you go through for what it is and being able to challenge yourself, but also celebrate wherever you’re at with that.
‘I think that going on tour has certainly given me an opportunity to do that.
‘Life doesn’t have to be done. We just kind of roll with the punches and keep on going.’
Kimberly is in the midst of rehearsing for the Pussycat Dolls PCD Forever Tour along with Nicole Scherzinger and Ashley Roberts.
Their tour kicks off on September 9 at the Royal Arena in Denmark and concludes at the O2 in London on October 13.
When asked how she manages to juggle her busy career along with being a mother and wife, she said: ‘It’s a lot of time out of the calendar.
‘There are a lot of things that I’ve been doing, from journaling and writing about how I’m feeling, spending lots of time with my kids, like, you know, going away and just having my feet on the ground and being really present and focused because they’re, of course, my number one priority.
‘But ultimately, this is a chance to show them what it means to be mum and be a Pussycat Doll.
‘It’s a lot of stretching but also keeping your enthusiasm. I think that’s a really important part of getting ready for a world tour.
‘You can’t let the pressure crush you. I feel really grateful, and I’m practising gratitude every day.’
‘I do feel like I’ve got a lot of plates spinning. I just have to keep being mindful. And of course, your priorities kind of shift and twist and turn. But I always realise if my career is getting too much of my attention, I bring it back to family.
‘I just always try to stay balanced, stay mindful, and be present.’
