TV audiences are still intrigued by the 2022 slayings of four college students at the University of Idaho.

Netflix‘s new three-part documentary series on the case, The Idaho Murders: College Nightmare, debuted atop the streamer’s English-language TV rankings last week with 18.2M views over its first five days. No other TV titles even came close to that tally from July 27 to August 2.

Season 2 of Ransom Canyon lassoed 5.5M views, putting it at No. 2 for English TV, which is a slight bump from its premiere week but lower than expected given this interval represented the first full week of viewership. The first season of the romantic western also returned to the list in the No. 5 spot with 2.5M views.

Elsewhere, The Bombing of Pan Am 103 appeared in the No. 3 spot on the list with 5M views, and Harlan Coben’s I Will Find You collected another 4.8M views to put it at No. 4 on the weekly rankings. That boosted it to ninth place on Netflix’s ranking of the most popular shows of all time with 106.7M views across seven weeks.

Speaking of the most popular lists, Swapped moved up to No. 3 on the film side with 144.9B views across 12 weeks. That’s thanks in part to the 3M views it tallied last week, which helped it maintain No. 7 on the weekly English film list.

Kevin Hart’s new comedy 72 Hours was the most-viewed title of the week with 25.1M views, topping the English film list in its second week.

As Netflix points out itself in the company’s own weekly report, there were many returning titles across the weekly rankings, including Voicemails for Isabelle and War Machine for film. Little House on the Prairie and The Hawk stuck around the English TV list at No. 6 and 8, respectively, and just over 2M views each.

True crime remains a mainstay on both lists, with A Toxic Love Story taking No. 2 in English film with 12.9M views.
