Kim Scott, the ex-wife of rapper Eminem, has an active arrest warrant after she missed a court hearing over a suspected DUI she received last month, officials confirmed on Wednesday to Page Six.
Scott, 51, had been slated to appear in Macomb County District Court in Michigan on Wednesday, before Judge William H. Hackel III, but did not show up, authorities confirmed to the outlet.
The bond for the ex-wife of the rapper, who has mentioned her in numerous songs, was set at $10,000, according to the outlet.
After it was clear Scott was not on hand, TMZ reported prosecutors in the case requested a bench warrant be issued, and a release bond set for the pre-trial proceedings be forfeited as a result.
The hearing came about five weeks after Scott was taken into custody May 14 in Mt. Clemens, Michigan in connection with suspicion of DUI.
The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Eminem and the Chesterfield Township Police Department as of Wednesday afternoon for further comment on the story.

Scott had not been taken into custody as of Wednesday, officials told Page Six.
Chesterfield Township Police Department Detective Sgt. Joseph Feld told TMZ at the time of the incident that Scott drove her vehicle into another car the previous evening in Detroit.
Police took Mathers into custody and booked her on a suspected DUI charge at Macomb County Jail in Mt. Clemens, Michigan the following morning.
In a jail snap obtained by The Daily Mail, an unrecognizable Mathers crossed her arms and posed, while clad in a black hoodie. Her face looked notably swollen after she was seen in her previous mugshot with two black eyes.
The latest arrest comes after Mathers pleaded no contest last month in court in connection with an incident on February 16. She was accused of smashing her white Range Rover into a parked Dodge Ram.
In February, Parker, Mathers’ son, was also in the vehicle with three of his friends to go shopping, according to TMZ. Mathers is also the mother of daughter Hailie Jade, 30, with the rapper whose real name is Marshall Mathers III.
She was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated and failure to stop or identify after causing property damage.
Officials said the collision pushed the truck 50 feet from where it was parked, according to Click on Detroit.

Mathers’ life was once a magnet for controversy, particularly during her romances with Eminem, to whom she got married twice. The two were introduced in 1987 and began dating years later, before tying the knot in 1999.
The marriage was short-lived, and the two divorced in 2001, but they later reunited and remarried in 2006, only to split again later that year. In 1995, Mathers and Eminem welcomed their daughter, Hailie.
She later had her son Parker with another partner, and she and her then-boyfriend, Eric Hartter, welcomed their child Stevie Laine Scott in 2002, between her relationships with Eminem.
However, the rapper later adopted Stevie in 2005 after he and Mathers reunited. Hartter died in 2019.
Eminem also adopted Alaina Marie Scott, 32, who was the daughter of his ex-wife’s sister Dawn Scott.
He adopted her in the early 2000s, and Kim’s sister – who had battled drug addiction for years – died in 2016.
