Illinois Comptroller Susana Mendoza joins “NewsNation Prime” to discuss her campaign to become the next mayor of Chicago. She says offenders are not monitored correctly shortly after they commit crimes. “I intend to work very hard as this city’s next mayor to fix that wrong,” Mendoza says.
