The Australian singer, 35, who performs under the name Keli Holiday, shared a clip to social media on Monday showing him swimming in a local creek.
Over the footage, accompanied by the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? theme music, text appeared in which Adam joked about different coping strategies for dealing with his emotions.
‘My life is crying out for human connection and joy. Should I A) Join a run club and go to a coffee shop rave B) Crash out and then text my ex at 4am,’ Adam began.
‘C) Simultaneously doom-scroll and vape continuously for 12 hours D) Dance with strangers in a dark room filled with love (at a Keli Holiday show). Take your pick.’
Fans quickly flooded the comments section, with many joking the answer was obvious — attending one of his shows.

Earlier this month, Adam also stunned his fans with another surprising admission – revealing he was touring around Australia and beyond – and that he’s not above taking the train.
The musician is on the road with Peking Duk, his electronic duo alongside Reuben Styles, for the group’s Thrills Tour.
The 35-year-old revealed that he opted for public transport to a recent festival slot due to the rising cost of petrol.
‘When petrol costs $2.40 but you have a festival to headline,’ a video shared on Peking Duk’s Instagram page was captioned.
The clip showed Adam and Reuben riding the subway before stepping onto the stage to perform a set.
The band’s fans were impressed by their responsible display as the fuel crisis continues to impact Australia.

It seems Adam has won back public favour after pulling out of his heavily criticised gig at a major horse racing event.
The Peking Duk frontman was set to perform under his stage name ‘Keli Holiday’ on the first day of Royal Randwick’s Championships carnival on April 4, The Australian Turf Club announced.
However, following extensive backlash, The Australian Turf Club confirmed in February that Adam had officially withdrawn.
‘The Australian Turf Club (ATC) advises that the scheduled performance by Keli Holiday at The Championships Day 1 has been cancelled,’ a social media post on the club’s official page read.
‘Keli Holiday’s management has informed ATC of his decision to withdraw from the performance. We will provide further event updates where relevant.’
