The Brokeback Mountain actress, 44, recently listed her 6,500-square-foot property, which is often referred to as ‘The Tara of Prospect Park South, for rent, according to Realtor.com.
Her future renter will have full access to the five-time Oscar nominee’s residence which is frequently compared to the pillar-covered mansion in the 1940 film, Gone with the Wind.
The gorgeous estate, which was built in 1910 and meticulously restored, has eight bedrooms, six full bathrooms as well as a two-story porch and cinematic pilasters and columns.
Its original architectural details include a grand staircase, formal living room and a library with floor to ceiling bookshelves.

Ledger passed away in 2008 at age 28 following an accidental overdose.

Last month, reports surfaced that her and Ledger’s daughter was planning to spend time in Australia with her late father’s family.
Matilda, 18, who currently resides in the U.S. and was raised by her mother Michelle Williams, is considering enrolling at an Australian university, reported Woman’s Day.
A source told the outlet Matilda was considering a move to Australia but intends to put off commencing her tertiary studies for an entire year so she can travel.
A source said the teenager wants to spend a ‘gap year’ travelling the world before starting her studies.

The insider also claimed Matilda is considering remaining in Australia to pursue her studies.
‘She may even decide to study in Australia, although she does seem to have her heart set on several colleges in New York for now,’ they added.
