Investigators are asking the public for help locating an “at-risk” woman who disappeared a week ago in the Woodland Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles.
Samanya Ssali, 54, was last seen shortly after 9:30 p.m. on April 16 on the 22000 block of Victory Boulevard.
The Los Angeles County resident suffers from a mental disorder and requires medication. “Her family is concerned for her well-being,” the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department stated in a Special Bulletin.
Ssali was described as a Black woman standing 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds. She has gray hair and brown eyes and was last known to be wearing a black sweater, sweats and shoes.
Anyone with information on Ssali’s whereabouts was urged to call the Sheriff’s Department’s Missing Persons Detail at 323-890-5500.
