Other chains such as McDonald’s, Burger King, White Castle and Wendy’s also received mentions. Some individuals even favored homemade burgers over fast food, citing a personal touch and quality.

Last year, one poll conducted by USA Today dubbed Habit Burger & Grill’s Double Charburger as the best fast food burger.
