Where to watch fireworks across Southern California this Independence Day

Southern California is set to sparkle this Independence Day with dozens of fireworks shows stretching across the region.

Here’s a breakdown of the events scheduled to take place.

Los Angeles County

Marina del Rey

  • The show is scheduled for July 4 at 9 p.m.

Gardena (Rowley Park)

  • July 4, 5–10 p.m.
    Includes food trucks, live music, kids’ activities and a fireworks show at 9 p.m.

Eagle Rock Park

  • Community event with live music and a fireworks show at 8:45 p.m.

Woodland Hills (Warner Center Park)

  • Bob Blumenfield’s Fireworks Extravaganza — July 4 at dusk
    Annual display with vendors and live music.

Porter Ranch (Shepherd Church)

  • The July Spectacular will take place at 19700 Rinaldi St.

Dodger Stadium (Elysian Park)

  • Postgame Fireworks — July 4

Hollywood Bowl

  • July 4th Fireworks Spectacular — July 2–4, 7:30 p.m.
    Earth, Wind & Fire headline three nights of concerts capped with fireworks.

Hollywood Forever Cemetery

  • Top Gun + Fireworks — July 4–5
    Outdoor screenings followed by pyrotechnics.

South Bay

Redondo Beach (Seaside Lagoon)

  • July 4, 2–9 p.m.
    Live music, food and fireworks over King Harbor at 9 p.m. (ticket required).

Torrance (Civic Center)

  • July 4
    Gates open at 4 p.m., with music and fireworks at 9 p.m. (free with ticket).

El Segundo (Recreation Park)

  • July 4, 10 a.m.–9 p.m.
    Family games, live music, and fireworks.

Long Beach

Big Bang on the Bay

  • Block Party & Fireworks — July 3, 5–8:30 p.m.
    BBQ, flyovers and fireworks at 9 p.m. (tickets: $85 adults, $35 kids).

Waterfront Fireworks

  • Public Viewing — July 4, 9 p.m.
    Fireworks visible from Shoreline Village, Marina Green and Lions Lighthouse.

Queen Mary 4th of July Party

  • Deck Parties — July 4, 3–10 p.m.
    Decade-themed entertainment, kids’ fair, and fireworks.

Harbor Cruises

  • Harbor Breeze Cruise — July 4, boards at 7:30 p.m.
  • City Cruises Dinner Cruise — July 4, boards at 6:30 p.m.
    Both feature fireworks viewing on the water.

Aquarium of the Pacific

  • Rooftop BBQ & Fireworks — July 4, 12–2 p.m.
    BBQ lunch included with admission.

Hotel Maya

  • Poolside BBQ — July 4, 11 a.m.–3 p.m.

Fairmont Breakers

  • HALO Rooftop Party — July 4
    DJ, cocktails and skyline fireworks view.

Orange County

Huntington Beach

  • Surf City Celebration — July 4
    5K run (7 a.m.), parade (10 a.m.), live music, beach festival, fireworks at 9 p.m.

Irvine (Great Park)

  • Family Festival — July 4, 4–9:30 p.m.
    Games, food, and a drone + fireworks finale.

Fullerton

  • Fireworks Festival — July 4, 5–9:30 p.m.
    Held at Fullerton Union High School Stadium.

San Juan Capistrano (Sports Park)

  • Carnival & Fireworks — July 4, 3–10 p.m.
    Rides, live music, and a fireworks finale.

Costa Mesa (OC Fair & Event Center)

  • Community Festival — July 3, 5–11 p.m.
    Gates open at 4 p.m., fireworks at 9:30 p.m.

Anaheim Hills

  • Full-Day Celebration — July 4, 7 a.m.–9 p.m.
    Firecracker Run, dog show, parade, festival and fireworks at Canyon High.

Newport Beach

  • Fireworks Cruise — July 4
    Sunset departure at 7 p.m., fireworks on the water at 9:30 p.m.

Santa Ana (Centennial Park)

  • Evening Festivities — July 4, 5–9 p.m.
    Fireworks show around 8:45 p.m.

Tustin (Richard Nixon Library)

  • Family Event — July 4, 5–9:30 p.m.

Yorba Linda

  • July 4th Spectacular — July 4
    Fireworks at Veterans Park.

Inland Empire

Redlands

  • Fourth of July Celebration — July 4
    Parade, family-friendly activities and fireworks.

Theme Parks
