The Say Nothing hitmaker smiled and flashed a peace sign as he displayed his ripped physique during a gruelling rehearsal session ahead of his upcoming tour.
The reality sensation took to his Instagram page sharing a snap of the before and after, and revealed fans he finally feels ‘great’ after a period of ‘quietly working on himself’.
The R&B star captioned his latest post: ‘Transformation for my Tour (and for myself). I’ve been quietly working on myself for a while now, I neglected my health for years, it’s affected me physically and mentally!

‘For the first time in years I can honestly say, I feel f**ing great! Tour starts in 9 days. Lets go! ❤️.’
In another clip shared on his story, the Dancing On Ice star is captured showing some moves as he rehearses, struggling to wipe a happy smile off of his face.
‘9 days to go,’ he remarked captioning as it appeared Wes couldn’t wait to be back on stage.
The Forever singer will be delighting fans across UK and Ireland with his My Own Way tour.
Joined by Prinz as special guest, he will kick off in Dublin on November 12, and followed by London, Glasgow, Cardiff, Birmingham, and Manchester.
While he was touring Europe this summer in July, the singer devastated fans when he revealed his planned performance in Zante was cancelled due to ‘circumstances beyond his control.’
At the time, the former Love Island star admitted that he was ‘gutted’ and had been ‘looking forward’ to performing at Sizzle Club Zante, with his fellow villa alum Jack Fowler also on the lineup.
However, Wes took to his Instagram Stories to share he’d been ‘told’ that the show had been called off, writing: ‘Due to circumstances out of my control. I’ve been told my show in Zante tomorrow is cancelled.

‘Gutted for any of you that are out there, I was looking forward to this one.’
But Zante is not the first gig the star has cancelled this year.
In April, Wes scrapped his nationwide spring tour, scheduled to begin that spring.
He planned to perform several intimate gigs, but said he had to move the dates to later in 2024 instead.
Wes again took to his Instagram to break the news to fans, insisting that the decision was out of his hands.
After finding fame on Love Island in 2018, Wes turned to music and is now a mutimillionaire.
He is currently signed to international label Sony Music Entertainment which he told fans would soon lead to his own record label, Foot Down Records.
This would allow him to release music independently while still receiving support from Sony.
Wes is known for his songs Nice To Meet Ya, See Nobody, and Abracadabra with Craig David.
