WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Vice President Kamala Harris will speak at 4 p.m. on Wednesday at Howard University following her loss to former President Donald Trump.
Trump reached the 270 electoral votes needed to win the presidency after gaining Wisconsin early Wednesday morning, according to the Associated Press.
Harris’ campaign held an election night watch party at Howard; however, she did not deliver remarks.
She graduated from the historically Black university in 1986 with a bachelor of arts degree in political science and economics.
