Urgent search for missing schoolgirl, 14, who vanished from shopping centre on Valentine’s Day as cops launch appeal

COPS have launched an urgent hunt to find a missing schoolgirl who vanished from a busy shopping centre two days ago.

Concerns are growing for young Shona-Rae, 14, who was last seen in Stratford, west London, on Valentine’s Day.

Police say Shona-Rae disappeared from Westfield Shopping Centre on Saturday.

On average, Westfield welcomes more than 140,000 daily visitors, according to reports.

The busy shopping centre is located just yards from Stratford International train station.

Anyone with any information on Shona-Rae’s whereabouts has been urged to contact the Metropolitan Police.

The Met said the missing teenager is understood to have links to Islington, north London.

Issuing an urgent appeal, the force said: “Do you recognise missing Shona-Rae, 14?

“She was last seen on of Sat, 14 Feb in Westfield, Stratford. She has links to Islington, north London.

“If you have any information regarding her whereabouts, contact the Met via 101, quoting 806/15FEB.”
