Universal Orlando Resort is launching the National Epic Universe Portal Tour to bring a taste of its highly anticipated new theme park, Epic Universe, directly to fans.
The tour, set to launch this spring, will stop in Atlanta, New York City, Philadelphia, and Chicago, offering an immersive preview of the park’s five themed worlds.
The tour will feature Chronos, a 30-foot-tall replica of the grand portal that will serve as the gateway to Epic Universe.
Guests who visit the tour locations will witness action-packed sequences celebrating the park’s attractions, including Celestial Park, The Wizarding World of Harry Potter – Ministry of Magic, Super Nintendo World, How to Train Your Dragon – Isle of Berk and Dark Universe.
Attendees can also take photos with the portal, experience a nighttime show featuring dynamic lighting and music, and enter sweepstakes to win a trip to Universal Orlando Resort to experience the new theme park.
The tour will be open from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. at the following locations:
- April 11-13: Atlanta, Georgia (Pemberton Place, adjacent to World of Coca-Cola)
- April 23-26: New York, New York (Rockefeller Center)
- May 16-18: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (The Rocky Steps)
- June 13-18: Chicago, Illinois (Pioneer Court)
Currently, there has been no announcement that the tour will stop at Universal Studios Hollywood.
