Maya Hawke unveiled her newly-darkened hair while attending the Broadway opening of John Proctor is the Villain, which was held at the Booth Theatre in Midtown Manhattan on Monday.
The 26-year-old nepo baby shares the same high forehead and bone structure as her famous mother, Uma Thurman, but she’s three inches shorter.
The resemblance is even closer when Maya smiles big just like the Oscar-nominated actress, who celebrates her 55th birthday this month.
Uma welcomed Hawke and 23-year-old son Levon during her five-year marriage to her former Gattaca leading man Ethan Hawke, which ended in 2005 amid rumors he had an affair with model Jen Perzow and later married their former nanny Ryan Shawhughes.
‘There are so many people who deserve to have this kind of life who don’t, but I think I’m comfortable with not deserving it and doing it anyway,’ the SAG Award nominee admitted on the Happy Sad Confused podcast on February 13.
‘And I know that my not doing it wouldn’t help anyone.’

Maya continued: ‘I saw two paths when I was first starting, and one of them was: change your name, get a nose job and go to open casting roles. It’s okay to be made fun of when you’re in rarefied air.
‘It’s a lucky place to be. My relationships with my parents are really honest and positive, and that supersedes anything anyone can say about it.’
Hawke was joined at the Crucible-inspired play by her bandmate-turned-boyfriend since 2022 Christian Lee Hutson, who opted for a retro double-denim look.
The divorced 34-year-old – whom the Wildcat producer-star gushingly calls a ‘poet musical genius’ – produced her third studio album Chaos Angel.
Maya previously dated singer Spencer Barnett and The Sandman star Tom Sturridge.
Hawke ‘can’t wait to’ take on the titular role in Signature Theatre Company’s off-Broadway production of Eurydice.
Les Waters is directing the adaptation of Sarah Ruhl’s 2003 play, which runs May 13-June 22 at the Signature Theatre in Manhattan.
The Inside Out 2 actress – who gets 611K monthly listeners on Spotify – is then scheduled to kick off the 20-date European leg of her Chaos Angel World Tour on June 21 at Vega in Copenhagen, DK.
On December 20, Maya wrapped her breakout role as lesbian Robin Buckley in the Duffer Brothers’ 1987-set eight-episode fifth (and final) season of Stranger Things, which premieres later this year on Netflix.
Hawke is also set to portray young musician Calista in Stephen Frears’ upcoming 1977-set dramedy Wilder & Me alongside Christoph Waltz, Jon Hamm, and John Turturro.
