FAIRFAX COUNTY, Va. (DC News Now) — Fairfax County Fire and Rescue (FCFR) said two people were injured after an apartment fire in the Annandale area early Saturday morning.
FCFR said on X that just after 2 a.m., they were sent to the 4900 blk of Americana Dr. for a three-alarm fire in a garden-style apartment building.
There was heavy fire showing from the building when crews arrived.
The fire is under control.
Two people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
