A Tudor Revival-style home in River Oaks designed by prominent Houston architects recently sold for $6.76 million, marking it the week’s top real estate sale.
HOUSTON — A custom-built Tudor Revival-style home in River Oaks was the most expensive Houston-area home sold the week of Dec. 14, according to the Houston Association of Realtors.
2131 Brentwood Drive was the top home sale of the week. Built in 2020, the home was designed by Houston-based architects Curtis & Windham. The property sold Dec. 18 for $6.76 million, the buyer’s agent Michele Scheffer told the Houston Business Journal.
The 7,228-square-foot home features black-and-white marble floors and a wrought-iron staircase. The floor plan consists of four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and three half-baths.
