A BODY has been tragically pulled from a quay outside a water-sports activity site.
Police and emergency services scrambled to Salford Watersports Centre in Manchester this afternoon after being alerted to the horror.
A body was tragically been pulled from the water, confirmed a A GMP spokesperson.
However, cops said that formal identification is yet to take place.
The latest images show a cordon remains at the scene near Salford Watersports Centre.
A forensic tent has been erected with staff sweeping the area for evidence.
Multiple fire engines and ambulance service vehicles were also seen in attendance.
Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service confirmed it attended the incident to support police.
Further details about the person found and the circumstances surrounding the tragedy are yet to be confirmed at this time.
