Tom Brady made his Fox broadcast debut as an NFL analyst and received a lot of criticism on his first day on the job.
The former New England Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback admitted he needed to improve after his debut.
“I’m not tired from the game, just tired from the buildup,” Brady said on his Last Week YouTube video series. “The emotional energy, a lot of emotional buildup and not quite knowing how things are going to go.”
He continued, “Certainly a lot of fun, definitely some things to clean up. So it’s all a learning process, man.”
Brady said he was looking forward to his second day on the job next Sunday, adding, “[I] felt like I was doing what I should be doing, and I just know it’s going to get better.”
The seven-time Super Bowl champion will analyze the Dallas Cowboys’ and New Orleans Saints’ encounter at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.
