Their aim is to help make your life easier, more manageable, and less stressful.

Services start at £20 an hour, but your helper’s first visit is free. This can be used to get to know your helper, and if you think they’re a good match you can arrange to see them more regularly.

What tasks can my helper do?

Good Life Sorted’s helpers are like having an extra pair of hands – making them a flexible option for day-to-day activities.

This includes household chores, like changing the sheets or walking your dog.

For many people, these tasks often need to be done by different people –  a taxi company, a cleaner, a befriending service, a dog walker. Good Life Sorted’s helpers can do all of these things in one visit, saving money and hassle.

These are all the services available through Good Life Sorted:

  • Home Help
  • Companionship
  • Light cleaning and laundry
  • Shopping and errands
  • Transport and trips out
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders
  • Welfare checks
  • Dog walking
  • Post-hospital support
  • Admin support

What are their clients saying?

Good Life Sorted has a strong customer service score, with 98% of reviewers recommending the brand on Reviews.io  and are rated Excellent on Trustpilot.

One of the reviewers said their helper was enthusiastic and caring too.

“Kirsty, my 94 year old mum’s cleaner is wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she does an amazing job. She also shows a real interest in mum and her welfare. Thank you. I would not have any qualms in recommending Good Life Sorted,” one of the reviews said.

Another commented that the opportunity to form a friendship with the helper was a big plus.

“We are very pleased to have the same helper each week to provide continuity and the fact that she is local and has things in common with my Mum is a real bonus. It feels like a very personal, individual service,” it said.

How to get your helper

The first step is to get in touch with Good Life Sorted, either by phone or online.

You’ll need to explain you or a family member’s exact needs, so they can match you with the right helper.

Once your helper is confirmed, your free visit – where you’ll get to know your helper – will take place. If you’re happy you just agree to your ongoing visits with the helper at a time that suits you.

The schedule is flexible, and you can change, customise, or cancel it at any time.

At the end of each month, you’ll be billed only for the hours your helper worked – with a simple direct debit.
