On Sunday, Sept. 1, the Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker, 29, and the former soccer player, 26, announced in an Instagram post that Dani is pregnant and expecting their first child.
The couple shared a carousel of photos showing them posing inside a home while wearing coordinating outfits — white T-shirts and blue jeans. Dani’s crop top showed off her growing baby bump.
“February 2025 👣❤️,” they captioned the set of photos, in which they also showed off ultrasound images. In one sweet snapshot, they posed with their dog behind them while they sat on the steps with big smiles.

“We can’t wait to meet you baby,” Dani wrote in her Instagram Stories on Sept. 1, underneath a photo from the shoot.
T.J. and Dani tied the knot in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in July 2022 after dating for six years. Per posts on Instagram, guests enjoyed ocean views and watched the couple share a sweet moment on the dance floor during their reception. Their initials were projected in a shadow at the outdoor venue.
Reflecting on their wedding day on Instagram in 2022, Dani said she never thought she would meet someone for whom she would want to change her last name.
“When I was a little girl I never thought I’d find someone special enough to ever change my last name,” she captioned a photo. “But I found him and couldn’t be happier to share a name with the man of my dreams🤍Rhodes ➡️ Watt.”
