Montell’s ‘slow’ Rumba divides judges
Montell’s Rumba received mixed reviews from the judges this week with the four divided over its ‘slowness’.
Craig: ‘It was very slow which is exposing. It lost a little bit of fluidity. I felt like we were getting snapshots of still pictures.’
Motsi: ‘I could see you have softened up. Very beautiful timing in your hands.’
Anton:’You made a choice for the stillness. I thought it was an incredibly powerful emotional performance.’
They received 7, 8, 8, 9 for a total of 32 points – looks like they might be in danceoff danger again.
Miranda Hart is in the house!

Strictly Come Dancing’s Tasha Ghouri looked effortlessly stylish as she arrived at her hotel in London in a chic white faux fur coaton Saturday, alongside her fellow pro and celeb stars.
The Love Island alum, 26, flashed a smile as she made her way, while completing the ensemble with pink trousers and a beige duffle bag.
All the Strictly stars appeared in jovial spirits despite the series’ final looming, and elsewhere Dianne Buswell showed off her happiest grin while jumping on the car alongside her celeb partner Chris McCausland.
What is the Pete Wicks controversy all about?
Fans have questioned why Pete and Jowita are yet to find themselves in the bottom two despite being one of the show’s lowest scoring contestants.
The TOWIE star’s highest score of the series so far was 36 during week 8 but he has been awarded just 22 points on two occasions.
Pete has consistently been saved from the dance off by the public vote, including last week when he finished bottom of the table.
Views took to X to vent their irritation that he was not elimated with Jamie Borthwick being sent packing instead.
One person wrote: ‘How, HOW the actual heck did Pete escape the dance off??!?!? Montelle and Jamie did not deserve to be there, this isn’t fair.’
Pete Wicks has revealed he has been on the receiving end of nasty death threats during his time on Strictly Come Dancing.
The former TOWIE star, 36, opened up on his Staying Relevant podcast on Saturday while discussing having made it all the way to the quarter final stages of the hit BBC dance show.
The reality star was talking about his time on the show with his professional dance partner Jowita Przystal, 30.

However the JLS star, 37, who was paired with Amy Dowden and later Lauren Oakley, admitted that she’s not fearful of the series’ infamous curse, but envious of his weight loss.
JB, who shares son Ace,10, and six-year-old daughter Chiara with his wife of ten-years, told The Sun: ‘I’m already getting it in the neck from Chloe, she’s just so jealous’.
