SIR Keir Starmer’s communications chief Tim Allan has QUIT in the latest sign of the PM’s plummeting premiership.
Mr Allan was appointed to the top Downing Street job in just September – and was the fourth person to take up the role.

It comes just a day after Sir Keir’s chief of staff Morgan McSweeny was booted out of No10 in the wake of the Mandelson scandal.
Mr Allan said: “I have decided to stand down to allow a new No10 team to be built.
“I wish the PM and his team every success.”
The comms chief, a stalwart of the New Labour days, was responsible for trying to revive Sir Keir’s declining image among the public.
Mr Allan’s main strategy for trying to promote Sir Keir was through pushing him to appear on more podcasts and alongside social media influencers.
