SILVER SPRING, Md. (DC News Now) — The Maryland-National Capital Park Police, Montgomery
County Division said authorities arrested a 76-year-old man for indecent exposure and possession of child pornography on Thursday.
Police said Steven Eisen, 76, from Silver Spring, Md., was arrested after an intensive investigation.
He is being held without bond.
