THIS is the shocking moment a security guard slapped a Poundland shopper so hard his sunglasses were knocked from his head.
A clip filmed by another customer shows the pair in a heated argument inside the discount shop in Bradford on Sunday.
The bearded guard from a neighbouring store had followed a cap-wearing cyclist into the Poundland.
He then grabbed the handlebars of the man’s bike – kicking the front tyre after the man rolled it onto him.
Some inaudible words were exchanged before the guard slapped the side of the man’s face – sending his sunglasses flying.
The stunned cyclist is heard shouting: “No, no.”
A woman in a pink jacket and a Poundland worker are seen trying to pull the men apart.
The Poundland worker had to restrain the guard and place his arm around his shoulder.
In a bizarre twist, the slapped cyclist then twigged the shopper filming.
He is heard saying: “Are you filming this? Are you filming this? Thanks.”
The clip was posted on Twitter with the caption: “Meanwhile in Poundland Bradford, security slaps a customer.”
But Poundland has confirmed the guard was actually from a neighbouring shop.
A spokesperson said: “We are aware of the video featuring a security guard from a neighbouring retailer.
“They came into our Forster Square store on Sunday. We’re looking into precisely what happened as a matter of priority.”
