Rep. Andy Biggs says House-passed CR to avoid government shutdown is a ‘mistake’
The Senate on Wednesday passed a stopgap to fund the government for three months in a 78-18 vote, likely averting a government shutdown.
The legislation is now on its way to President Joe Biden’s desk and is expected to be signed.
The government will now be funded through Dec. 20.
