A SECOND small boat migrant removed under the France returns deal has crossed back into the UK.
The man arrived back into UK waters on a dinghy on Remembrance Sunday, according to GB News.

He was one of almost 400 migrants intercepted in the Channel and brought into Dover by Border Force.
It is another serious blow for the Government’s “one-in-one-out” scheme with France, which is meant to send back anyone who crosses illegally while the UK accepts the same number of documented asylum seekers.
It comes just days after another migrant was finally removed for a second time after making two small-boat crossings in less than two months.
A Home Office spokesperson said: “Anyone looking to return to the UK after being removed under the UK-France agreement is wasting their time and money.
“This individual was detected by biometrics and detained immediately. His case will be expedited, and he will be returned to France as quickly as possible.
“The message is clear: if you try to return to the UK you will be sent back. We will do whatever it takes to scale up removals of illegal migrants and secure our borders.”
Crossings surged again over the weekend once the weather calmed.
Some 1,772 migrants crossed in just three days – with 621 arriving on Thursday, 648 on Friday and 503 on Saturday in dinghies averaging 71 people each.
And with Sunday’s figures due today, the total is expected to climb.
