A SECOND hero worker of the Huntingdon train attack was yesterday hailed for his bravery.
Bangura Amadu was said to have joined Samir Zitouni in fighting off the knifeman.
He reportedly also armed himself with a frying pan and put himself between the attacker and passengers.
Pals said he had “faced danger head-on” and “put his safety second” to protect customers aboard the Doncaster service to London.
He escaped without physical injuries but colleagues are concerned for his mental wellbeing.
LNER train dispatcher Gemma Royce, who has led fundraising efforts for Samir and his hero colleague, said: “Bangura is one of the kindest and most genuine people you could ever meet.

“He is calm, composed, and always protective of those around him.
“What began as an ordinary Saturday at work became an unimaginable day that has left lasting memories for everyone involved.
“Bangura showed extraordinary courage and professionalism in the face of terrifying chaos and danger.”
His online fundraiser has so far collected nearly £700.
