Sabrina Carpenter took a brutal swipe at her ex Barry Keoghan in her new Please Please Please remix video with Dolly Parton.
The original version of Please Please Please was a solo number for Sabrina, with a music video that prominently featured Barry, whom she was then still dating.
Now, however, Sabrina and Barry have gone their separate ways, and their split is reflected in a revised clip that dropped Thursday night.
Dolly was added to Please Please Please for the remix, and in its music video, she and Sabrina channel Thelma & Louise by fleeing the police in a car together.
Near the end, it is revealed that a bound, gagged man is struggling and screaming in the back of the car – wearing the same outfit Barry wore in the original video.
The lyrics are about her begging her boyfriend not to ‘bring her to tears,’ urging him: ‘Whatever devil’s inside you, don’t let him out tonight.’

The over three-minute video sees the Espresso singer, 25, star alongside the country legend, 79, as they act out a Thelma & Louise-inspired plot.
Carpenter — who is Vogue’s new cover star — called Parton ‘one of my biggest idols’ as she announced the video and song’s simultaneous release on Instagram.
‘Dolly and me singing in a pickup truck!!!!!! I am so honored to have one of my biggest idols on a song that means so much to me,’ gushed the songstress.
Their new rendition of ‘Please Please Please’ is featured on the deluxe edition of Carpenter’s Grammy Award-winning album Short n’ Sweet.
The video, shot in vintage-era black and white, follows the glamorous duo as they try to evade the police after kidnapping one of Carpenter’s ex-boyfriends, who is tied up and thrown into the back of their pickup truck.
Carpenter rocks Dolly-inspired blonde curls and frilly lace gloves while sitting behind the wheel as the Jolene hitmaker sings in the passenger’s seat.
Parton, who helped give the pop track a new country twang, rocks crystal-covered cateye sunglasses, sparkly fingerless gloves and a sequin sweater in the video.
At one point, the pair are seen staring proudly at the bed of the truck after successfully capturing Carpenter’s bound ex lover.
