Officers with the California Highway Patrol are in pursuit of a suspect who allegedly crashed into Chino police cruiser and sped off Monday night.
The driver, reportedly behind the wheel of a dark-colored Lexus SUV, was headed westbound on the 60 Freeway without headlights shortly when officers with the Chino Police Department turned the chase over to CHP.

At least one CHP cruiser was seen behind the suspect, who authorities also said was wanted for possible reckless driving while under the influence.
The chase left the 710 Freeway in Lynwood, with CHP following the suspect onto surface streets.
It’s unclear if there are any other passengers in the vehicle.
