The mother-to-be’s huge diamond engagement ring could be seen in the stylish shots, which was gifted to her in December 2021 when Ollie popped the big question.
The star, who already shares son Forest, 17 months with Ollie, cradled her bump as she posed for pictures outside the restaurant which boasted a floral doorframe.
In May Jorgie revealed her baby bump for the first time as she wowed in a leopard print dress which highlighted her growing stomach, while cradling her son Forest.
Ollie was also in the picture alongside his eldest son from a previous relationship, as he gushed over his growing family in the caption of the post.
He said: ‘Sooo we are gonna be a big blended family of five! I can finally show a few photos of our family including the bump and my super hot pregnant lady.
‘I never imagined I would have three children! That’s one away from a minibus… Original sound on this one showing Forest’s delight at having to put his feet in a pile.
‘I couldn’t be prouder of J, it’s super hard going to work last minute without fixed times, being a mum, pregnant and a growing baby!
‘A step mum, doing a reality show and putting up with my stresses around life and work. We love you Jorgie and I’m very proud of you.’

Jorgie announced she is expecting her second child during an episode of her ITVBe show Drama Queens
Jorgie shared the news on the last episode of her ITVBe show Drama Queens on Wednesday night, telling the camera: ‘So guys… guess what? I am pregnant.’
Jorgie and her fiancé, who welcomed Forest in December 2022, later added a sweet post to Instagram confirming the happy news.
‘We’ve been keeping a little secret,’ the couple posted, alongside a video of the couple, Forest and their pet dog uncovering an ultrasound photo.
Jorgie, who plays Theresa McQueen on Hollyoaks, previously miscarried four babies after falling pregnant with quadruplets in 2021.
The star added during her reveal to camera on Drama Queens: ‘I am a little bit moody, not full mood.’
She is then seen chatting to Ollie about it and asked if he was excited, to which he said he was but quickly added: ‘And scared.’
‘Lets just hope and pray, it is one healthy extra, and then I am booking into the clinic.’
On a previous episode of Drama Queens, Jorgie explained that while she was keen to think about having more kids, her partner was more hesitant because of what they have been through.
‘For me, talking about babies, I’m like ‘yes, let’s”,’ she said on the previous episode.
‘But Oliver, it’s a bit more of a tentative subject because he obviously knows the past situations, what we went through, also the risks.
‘I was high risk. I could have literally died, and the doctors were telling him that…’
‘Oh, I get sad, because I think about him. Also, I’ve got no one else to talk to about it.’
In August 2021, the couple discovered during their 14-week scan that Jorgie had lost the quadruplets they had conceived naturally and in February they learnt of their second miscarriage at six weeks into the pregnancy – on the day of their engagement party.
The former I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! contestant explained that she has never met anyone in her situation before.
But, she is perhaps ‘more upset’ about her pregnancy losses now as she mourns what she could have had.
Her fiance Ollie said: ‘Sooo we are gonna be a big blended family of five! I can finally show a few photos of our family including the bump and my super hot pregnant lady’
She said: ‘Because I’ve had no one go through… I never met another quad mum, and I’m actually probably a bit more upset for the loss of them now.
‘Whereas at the time, it made more sense, but… it’s… when you think, ‘aw, there could have been a football team.’
Jorgie began playing Theresa McQueen in Hollyoaks in 2008 and left the role in 2016, but returned in 2020 and has been on-screen since.
She now appears in Drama Queens, which follows actresses such as Coronation Street’s, Ellie Leach and Brooke Vincent as well as Emmerdale’s Laura Norton and EastEnders legend Rita Simons navigate their everyday lives with soap stardom.
Jorgie previously admitted that she felt ‘lucky’ to be able to confide in friends and while she will never be above to truly get over what happened, is aware that without the miscarriages, she wouldn’t have her son Forest now.
‘If it had not happened, I wouldn’t be mum to Forest. When he’s older I’ll definitely tell him about our lost babies miscarriages and got through the other side.’
She told The Mirror: ‘I felt very lucky to be able to speak to friends who have suffered miscarriages and got through the other side.
‘I don’t think I can ever move away from what happened. It’s about progression. If I talk about Forest it’s important I don’t ignore what happened.
The actress noted at the time that the miscarriage was the worst ‘pain’ she had ever been through.
But she intends to explain to Forest exactly what happened when he is older.
