Disney guests will soon be able to fly over famous California landmarks and smell the orange groves as the original version of the Soarin’ Around the World ride returns to Disney California Adventure.
Soarin’ over California will be available from Feb. 28 until April 21, coinciding with Disney’s Food and Wine Festival at DCA.
Riders will begin their journey in San Francisco before traveling to destinations like Yosemite National Park, Napa Valley, Palm Springs, Malibu and downtown Los Angeles. The virtual flight will conclude at Disneyland.
Soarin’ over California used to be a staple at DCA before the ride closed and was rethemed to Soarin’ Around the World.
For the past three years, the California version of the ride has temporarily returned during the resort’s annual Food and Wine festival.
