VooDoo Doughnut fans have a brand-new Southern California location to enjoy their favorite treats.
The popular chain with locations nationwide celebrated the grand opening of its first Los Angeles location at 7101 Melrose Avenue on Tuesday.
“We’re so excited to be here at the corner of Melrose and La Brea right? The first VooDoo Doughnut here in L.A.,” CEO Chris Schultz said at the opening Tuesday. “Come on down and get yourself a doughnut.”
Video of the ribbon cutting was posted to the VooDoo Doughnut feed on X. The store will be open 21 hours a day from 6 a.m. to 3 a.m.
Shultz added that there is something for everyone at the shop, which offers “51 different flavors including 20 different vegan offerings.”
VooDoo Doughnuts is also celebrating by giving a little back to the community.
“All of April we’re doing the L.A. Love doughnut and giving some of the proceeds back to L.A. Firefighters Foundation,” Schultz said.
