Police are in pursuit of an alleged domestic violence suspect Friday morning.
The LAPD said the pursuit began at 10:10 a.m. at Franklin and Highland avenues in Hollywood, and the male driver of the white Ford Mustang is wanted for alleged domestic violence.
When Sky5 located the vehicle at about 10:50 a.m., the driver was speeding on local freeways, sometimes at more than 100 mph.
Shortly thereafter, the driver pulled over alongside the 90 Freeway near Marina del Rey, and numerous police vehicles surrounded the Mustang. The driver, meanwhile, remained in the Mustang.
All lanes of the roadway were closed for the standoff.
At 11:05, officers swarmed the Mustang and pulled out the driver and a passenger, who appears to be a woman.
