Hulu has renewed Paradise, the hit drama series hailing from Dan Fogelman and starring Sterling K. Brown, for a third season. The news comes ahead of the Season 2 finale on March 30.

The post-apocalyptic show has held a top spot on the streamer’s Top 15 Today list since its Season 2 launch with a three-episode drop February 23. Having received praise from critics and audiences for both seasons, the political thriller has amassed 30 million hours of viewership for Season 2 and driven an additional 25 million hours for its inaugural season. In total, it has been streamed for nearly 12 billion minutes globally, per Disney stats.

Paradise Season 1 earned four Emmy nominations, including Outstanding Drama Series and acting noms for Brown, James Marsden and Julianne Nicholson; likewise, it seems poised to be a major contender for the upcoming cycle of awards.

After finding out survivors — including his wife, Teri (Enuka Okuma) — remain in the outside world in the Season 1 finale, Xavier (Brown) embarks on a quest to find her, journeying out from the Paradise bunker for the first time since the planet’s destruction. While he searches for her, he encounters bands of survivors and learns how they survived the three years since catastrophe struck Earth. Back in Colorado, tensions continue rising to the surface as the community grapples with broken trust and newly unveiled secrets.

Season 2 stars Brown, Nicholson, Okuma, Sarah Shahi, Nicole Brydon Bloom, Krys Marshall, Aliyah Mastin, Percy Daggs IV and Charlie Evans, with recurring guest stars Marsden, Shailene Woodley, Thomas Doherty and Jon Beavers.

Created by and executive produced by Fogelman (This Is Us), the 20th Television production also includes EPs Jess Rosenthal, John Hoberg, Steve Beers, Glenn Ficarra, John Requa and Brown.

Season 2 is now streaming on Hulu and Hulu on Disney+ in the U.S. for bundle subscribers and on Disney+ internationally.
