PRINCE GEORGE’S COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — The Prince George’s County Fire and EMS Department said a person died after an apartment fire in Walker Mill on Friday night.
Crews said that at about 10:20 p.m., they were sent to a structure fire on 6900 Walker Mill Rd.
When first responders arrived at the scene, they found fire on the 2nd floor of a multi-family dwelling.
The fire is out.
A man, who was removed from the home with critical injuries, died.
Fire investigators were are at the scene.
