An at-risk Los Angeles County man was found on Thursday after detectives and loved ones asked the community’s help finding him.

Officials identified the missing person as L.A. County resident Dennis Dwayne Cutting, 76, who is diagnosed with dementia.

The L.A. County Sheriff’s Department said Cutting was last seen at 9:30 a.m. on March 26 on the 22800 block of Vanowen Street in the city of West Hills.

Officials believe Cutting might be traveling in his 2013 black Ford Focus with California plate number 6ZIU084, and that he has a possible destination in the 22900 block of Victory Boulevard.

Cutting is described as a white man who stands 5 feet and 4 inches tall, weighs about 115 pounds, has gray hair, blue eyes and typically wears glasses.
