MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — Crews responded to an apartment fire in Montgomery County Saturday morning.
Around 5 a.m., crews responded to the Halpine View Apartments on Crookston Lane.
Montgomery County Fire and Rescue System spokesperson Pete Piringer said in a post that the cause was burnt food on a stove.
“No extension, no injury, no breakfast,” he said.
