The 43-year-old mother-of-two showed off her slim figure in a plunging purple one-piece swimsuit.
Her bob haircut was pulled into a half-back style as the actress waded knee-deep into the clear blue water.
She was makeup-free during the holiday, which marks her first since finalizing her divorce from ex-husband Benjamin Millepied earlier this year.
Missing from the scene were the former couple’s two children, son Aleph, 13, and daughter Amalia, seven.
Millepied has already moved on from the relationship, and it was revealed that Portman is ‘not surprised.’

The two were married for 11 years before Natalie filed for divorce in July 2023. Their divorce was finalized earlier this year.
Their split followed reports that Benjamin had allegedly cheated on his wife with a woman 21 years his junior.
He was spotted kissing a woman on October 15 in Paris, according to Us Weekly, with the outlet’s source revealing Natalie’s feelings about his swift return to the dating scene.
‘Natalie isn’t surprised that Benjamin has moved on because of how their relationship ended,’ the person said.
They added: ‘She thought he’d move on pretty quickly.’
The actress reportedly ‘hopes Benjamin is happy’ and it was noted that his ‘dating life doesn’t really have any bearing on Natalie.’
‘She’s super happy in her life right now and has been prioritizing family and friends,’ the source said.
Last year, the French outlet Voici released an explosive report claiming Millepied had an affair with 25-year-old climate activist Camille Étienne.

The run-in with Rihanna came in January, during Paris Fashion Week.
The Bajan pop star told Natalie that she was ‘one of the hottest b****es in Hollywood.’
The stars crossed paths while en route to the Haute Couture Dior show, with Natalie declaring to Rihanna: ‘I love you.’
Rihanna then returned the compliment, telling the Black Swan actress: ‘I am a proper fan.’
