(NewsNation) — The Food and Drug Administration announced Tuesday that MediNatura New Mexico is expanding its nasal spray recall after it was found to “contain yeast/mold and microbial contamination.”

The FDA’s notice has been updated to include all lots of the ReBoost Nasal Spray, as well as “all lots of ClearLife Nasal Spray.” Both sprays have been found to contain contamination that may be linked to the achromobacter bacteria, which can cause infections that can be difficult to treat because of resistance to many antibiotics.

As of Tuesday, the company had not received any reports of adverse events related to the recall.

Both products are used as a homeopathic nasal spray to temporarily relieve symptoms such as nasal congestion, sinus pressure, sneezing and a runny nose. Both sprays are sold in 20mL bottles, found on the company’s website and in various retailers around the country. The recalled products contain the following identifiers:

ReBoost Nasal Spray:

  • NDC number: 62795-4005-9
  • UPC number: 787647 10186 3
  • Expiration date: 12/2022 to 12/2025

ClearLife Allergy Nasal Spray:

  • NDC number: 62795-4006-9
  • UPC Number: 787647 10188 7
  • Expiration date: 12/2022 to 12/2025
