A MAN and a woman “known to each other” have died after being discovered with serious injuries at a property.
Police and emergency services scrambled to the scene on Holstein Way in Thamesmead, London, just before 3pm on Tuesday.
Cops said they were called after “concerns for the welfare” of the occupants at the address.
Emergency services who attended entered the property, where they found the pair with “serious injuries”.
They were both sadly declared dead at the scene.
Ch Supt Trevor Lawry, who described the deaths as “unexpected and unexplained”.
He said: “We believe that the two were known to each other, and at this time we are not seeking to speak with anyone else in connection with this.”
