WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — Police in D.C. are looking for a suspect in an armed robbery.
The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said that officers responded to S. Joyce Street near Dix and Eads streets for a reported theft.
Police said that around 8:10 a.m., the suspect demanded that the victim hand over property. The suspect was armed with a gun.
The victim complied, and the suspect escaped.
No injuries were reported.
