The chairman of Morgan Stanley International, Jonathan Bloomer, and his wife were among the passengers missing after a yacht sank off the coast of Sicily, the UK insurer Hiscox said Tuesday. The British-flagged “Bayesian” sank in the Mediterranean amid a storm on Monday, killing one person whose body was recovered by rescuers. UK tech entrepreneur Mike Lynch and his daughter were among the missing.
